"Speak, only when spoken to. And don't speak unless you mean."- Shihan, Flashy Words
"Complaining is silly. Either act or forget" Stephan Stagmeister
Words. Words are little doors. The entire vocal world, is a room of doors. In every sentence you've pushed through as many doors as words to get to your meaning. Some will happily trot through doors they care nothing about because the destination is utterly meaningless.
I guess I was the first door. I opened me up. And I let you in. And you ran through me choosing doors in a seemingly careful manner, little was I to know that the words meant nothing to you. The doors were random. Your pace meant nothing. And here I was, analyzing your every step, giving meaning to your meaning, and reason to your reasons. You desired nothing. You meant nothing. But I thought you meant everything.
My actions are reactions to your actions. My words are only in response to your words. Your absence was not to take anything away from my presence. And my presence was unimportant to your presence.
But this is my fault, right? That's the only way. This is my fault.
I'm not complaining. I just want to know which I was meant to do. Which door was I meant to take? Act or Forget? Because for now, when it comes to you, I run through endless doors- all marked Regret.
